Day 32 — ‘52’ in the morning is a nasty sign. Besides, couldn’t resist a self-made burger and half a chocolate ice-cream. Next week I’m on a no-dinner regime. I dunno if I can manage the ‘no dinner’ rule but if I go on eating I’ll gain kilos instead of losing them.
